The primary duties of the Construction Project Manager are to managerially, technically and administratively represent a project owner throughout construction on a variety of public infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities include managing in-house and sub-consultant staff and perform as point person for construction contract oversight.Working with general supervision and support from senior staff, this person will supervise and direct the activities of the field team and maintain healthy relationships with the client and all oversight organizations.
The position requires experience with public contracts, familiarity with codes/ laws governing construction, and strong leadership, managerial and technical skills directly applicable to heavy civil construction including transit, highway and public works.
