We place private equity on public private partnership (P3) transactions that have made a commitment to having Minority, Woman, Small and Disadvantaged Businesses participate in all facets of your project.
We believe and can support your P3 project with direct equity provided by an MBE or DBE depending on your funding stream.
Our knowledge of alternative project delivery and understanding of the technical and financial elements of P3’s can assist you in ensuring social equity commitments occur at all categories of project expenditure, including financial advisory services.

Our team offers over 100 years of collective experience with alternative delivery experience on projects around the country from in aviation, transit, toll roads, bridges and tunnels and everything in between.
We have experience working with the owner, the developer, the contractor, the design team as well as the operations and maintenance teams.
